hematoma

my nephew had surgery done after scan on his brain .when he awoke he could speak dr, said he was doing really fine he had'nt seen someone come out like him he's 23 years old ..and they were to take him out of icu but he lost his speech & became very anxious they sedated him & tied him down then later on that day he regained his speech .but it comes & goes @ will the dr. doesnt know why they say its alcohol with drawels but he doesnt drink much any advice or help graetly needed
