hi DOC,headache that wont go away.

hi DOC,I have had this headache for the past 2 to 3 years and it is very constant,it is always there and don't
want to go.i have taken all kinds of headache pills but it has still been there for all these years.one thing about this
headache is also that, i can feel something is wrong with my brains because most of the time,even when i don't
want  to do anything am being controlled by what is going on in my brains like recite 123,do this three times,i can feel something is really wrong.even when i am studying that is where this headache will be very intense,and i don't have the money to go to the hospital for check up to know what is really wrong with me.it is especially at the back of my head around the upper back of my neck,doc please what can u tell me about this?please help me.
