hydrocephalus+vascularitis+brain TB

hey..
my mum is suffering from vascularitis auto immune disorder since four years. since almost two years her creatinine is under control. and since 1 year she was much better with least dose of steroids for vascularitis n prooper kidney function. she was able to take baby steps for these years. then since last month her memory loss problem showed considerable differnce. so we showed to a neurologist n they said its brain tb. n considerable hydrocephalus. they gonna try for shunt surrgery.and also the AKT therapy side by side.also they are afraid of infections due to artifitial bypass as immune supressor steroids are on.

we got admited in hospital with complaint of a bit of memory loss, unable to balance while walking. and since 1 week her tuberculosis ntreatment is on since 1 week. but then too 5 days back  she started bed wetting and passing stool in bed. two days back she started taking to herself, unable to move and walk, complete bed rest, moving her hands continuesly in sleep n awake  trying make choclates or cleaning floor she says, makes different kind of noise from her mouth, unable to follow instruction like to swallow the medicine (she starts chewing)...

in short situation is getting worst just in 1 week inspite of tuberculosis treatment on. what do you suggest??

I would suggest you to get her evaluated by a neurologist/neuro surgeon . It is better to get an mri brain scan done to find out the root cause for the worsening ,it might be a complication of T.B or a bleed in the brain or an infarct which could be the cause for all the changes in her that you have mentioned.
