i am worried for my brains health

well i am kind of a hypochondriac so i hope you forgive me if this question is stupid
well i recently saw a movie in which a man has an internal bleeding and it leads to locked in syndrome
anyways i started searching online on  internal bleeding..and i found this thing aneurysm and that it can leak and give you brain damage or even death..searched further and found that anyone could have it even from an injury..last year i had a car accident and hit my head..i am 21 and with no history of aneyrisms in my family and i dont smoke..i also lately have headaches and dizziness and light sensitivity but i believe this is due to my bad sleeping schedule..could i be having something such as an aneurysm?or should i relax?

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

It is difficult to say if you have an aneurysm or not. Many people have aneurysms (1-6%) and do not know about it unless it becomes symptomatic or if a head image is obtained and it is found incidentally. It is good that you have predominantly no risk factors for an aneurysm.

If you do develop symptoms such as worst headache of your life, eye movement abnormality or other neurological deficit, you should be evaluated immediately in your closest emergency department.
