It could be possible that you might be suffering from restlessRestless leg syndrome leg syndrome (RLS), the symptoms of which are typically worse while sitting or lying down and get better when the person moves around.
It is advisable for you to consult a neurologist who can evaluate your symptoms to determine or rule out the presence of restlessRestless leg syndrome leg syndrome.

The tingling in the feet and legs hints towards a neuropathy. Do you have a beck pain also ?
The different possibilities are diabetic neuropathy and/or lumbar disc bulging. I would recommend that you consult a Neurologist at the earliest and get an MRI of the lumbar spine done.
