i felt drunk but hadnt been drinking

i was laying o the sofa watching t.v i slowly sat up as i felt dizzy my head spinning i sat for 5 mins before geting up
as i went to walk i was really unstable falling all over the place, i held on to the door and felt like i was going to fall i had a funny feeling in my left leg arm and my speach slightly slurred and my nose tingling have had dizzy spells befor but not this bad and lasted for about 20min then i went to bed and room felt like it was spinning and i felt nauseous
any ideas
