i fought osteomylites in my right ankle and now i am

having loss of feeling in my foot hard to keep the temps normal in it i am in pain all the time i am loosing use in that foot and i am unable to do things i could do last yr i am having a great deal of night pain and i had 169 surgeys done to that foot i am always facing new challenges in that leg and in tons of pain what can i do i am limted in walking and other things i have no ankle in that foot

Hi there. You need to show to an orthopaedician who will check if there is an active disease, whether the osteomyeltis is infective, tubercular, or inflammatory.  You will need over the counter NSAIDS, opioids and nerve blocks for the pain relief. An x-ray foot would reveal the extent of damage to the bone. You would require systemic antibiotics according to the culture and sensitivity from swab culture. Hope this helps. Take care.
