Hi there. I am concerned about your health considering that you are suffering more from the after effects of the trauma. Consult an orthopaedician to assess if you have a dislocated shoulder joint, which might need exploration under anesthesia and correction. I strongly suggest you to interact with family and friends to seek emotional help and support to help you sail you through this trying time. Consult a psychiatrist who would help you with psychotherapy, counseling and anti depressants if required. Please keep up your spirits and have faith. You will definitely be better. Go back to your religious faith and seek God while you are recovering. Hope this helps. Take care.

Hi there. Your query is not very clear as to which route was used to administer morphine, whether you are on a continuous morphine infusion or it was just a single shot.  A single dose will not cause any light-headedness or prolonged side effects. The usual side effects with morphine are respiratory depression, nausea and vomiting, cough suppression, sedation, small pupils, delayed emptying of the stomach, constipation and urinary retention. It can cause histamine release leading to itching of the skin and nose, flushing of skin. The blood pressure may also fall which might have given you a sensation of light headedness initially but it should not persist unless you are on morphine infusion or regular shots. Consult your surgeon for better evaluation and repost with clearer description of the problem. Hope this helps. Take care.
