i screamed and grabbed the right side of my head

is it possible that i had a small stroke?I was told that,and then collapesed(sp)foam out of my mouth and blood out of my nose.I was very confussed,looking for my cigs,right before it happen.

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

You should be evaluated in an emergency department ASAP. It is difficult to say you had a stroke or not based on the symptoms you describe. (Do you have any residual numbness, weakness, difficulty speaking, etc; do you remember the event?) There are many reasons to collapse. These include but are not limited to syncope, seizure, and stroke/TIA. A thorough examination is necessary. You may need a scan of your head and vessels intra- and extracranially. You do have a risk factor in that you smoke. You should stop smoking to reduce your risk of neurological and other health complications. Other tests that should be pursued are an EEG and a cardiac workup.

I highly recommend that you follow up with a physician, particularly soon, regarding your symptoms.
