i think my brain is turning to mush

I need help. My speach is getting worse. Its really hard to make decisions. I recently took amoxicillian for a bladder infection and for some reason it helped a lot with my brain. But i nust remember being much more clever witty ect. I remember after taking the amoxicillan i felt like i got some of my personality back, i had felt like a zombie before that. Its hard to describe everything but i know i used to be smarter. And i dont know how to govabout find out whats wrong with me. Its hard to do things when its hard to speak effectively and couple that with its hard for me to make decisions. I feel like i have brain damage...can anyone offer guidance or advice or help or anything?
