ice-pick headache or not

I get these headaches for about 2-4 days at a time where there is a sharp stabbing pain on the right side of my head mostly its the back of my head but this time its behind the ear. They are very painful and I know they can be ice-pick headaches but I thought those don't go on for days. Whenever I turn my head I get the stabbing n It lasts 30secs but they happen every 30mins throughout the whole day for 2-4 days. Is this the ice pick headache or is it something else?

I have icepick headace, and sometimes I can have 100 "stabs" i a few hours, and then it can go several days without any "stabs". To me it sounds like ice pick headace. By the way, my "stabs" usually lasts form 3 secs untill 10 sec, and the longest "stab" I ever had is ca 20 sec.
