ilionguinal nerve block

I was given ilionguinal permanent nerve block 10 days earlier for chronic pain in the same region.At the time of block i had senseless feeling in the right thigh and from the last 8 days iam having severe pain in my thigh and iam not able to sit and walk properly.Although now iam having relief from my illionguinal region pain .So can you please advise for some treatment for the same.......
