Could c6, c7 be causing the pain? Please advise. Thanks for your time.

The C6 and C7 supplies nerve endings to both upper and lower arms, and it is indeed possible that compression of these nerves may be causing the pain. The nerves can be compressed anywhere along its course from the bones of the spines, to other bones including some parts of the ribs. Soft tissues that are inflamed or swollen can also cause compression of these nerves.
