Hi,
The symptoms of palm irritation could be due to Ulnar neuropathy or peripheral nerve damage . .The toe symptoms also may be due to nerve irritation . The most probable cause of difficulty in standing and walking may be Olivopontocerebellar  Atrophy [A group of diseases . Progressive degeneration occurs in a particular area of the brain (olivopontocerebellar area) which results in various neurological symptoms], though there may be other causes of the balance problem which may be related to brain . Please discuss the MRI findings with a neurophysician . Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
