Hi there few years i have been suffering from a variety of distressing symptoms which sometimes can wax and wane.I have had numerous strange symptoms since then including dizziness, sometimes very brief acute vertigo, inbalance, pins and needles in upper limbs which can be there for few months then vanish, headaches ,visual disturbances which only last for about a second, stiffish neck which feels burning sometimes, muscle and joint pain and fatigue as well as a diagnosed horners syndrome that came and went after 2 months to name a few as well as a few mysterious attacks of angioedema.I have had numerous tests done  including several mri/mra scans and ct and cta ones too all normal,an absolute battery of blood tests including liver+renal function, esr and crp several times, hiv test, glucose, cholesterol, blood counts, ana test, lyme disease etc all negative however i have a constant mild pleocytosis in my csf which is very slowly increasing(6,17,26 wbc in last 3 years)all other csf findings completely normal including rbc, bands,iGg,protein and glucose, neurologist is baffled and is adopting wait and see strategy, can csf pleocytosis be benign, and would a thing like a small chiari malformation or cnsv be likely to be picked up on any of my tests.
