is a brain cyst really nothing to worry about?

i have a brain cyst 1.3 cm in diameter in my right frontal lobe. I seen a neurologist he says its normal. I been having severe head aches and numbness and pain in the left side of my face and neck. I have read a little of other cyst is mine unusualy large? and sure hope the dr is right.
