I am a 26 year old male and I have been having issues with bladder retention, hard to start urination, frequent urgeUrge incontinence, split urination stream, weak stream, frequent stops during urination, scrotum pain, pelvicKegel exercises Pelvic adhesions Pelvic inflammatory disease (pid) Pelvic laparoscopy Prostatitis - nonbacterial Uterine prolapse pain, left arm and handHand or foot spasms Hand tremornumbnessNumbness and tingling lasting several minutes several times during the day, I also have problems with my legs falling asleep as well, issues with my handsHand or foot spasms Hand tremor and feet becoming cold as ice with no reason, dizziness after kneeling or bending over for short periods of time, occasional blurredVision problems vision, I have a loss of appetite and have lost about 20+ lbs. over the last 2 months. Some of which can be cutting soda, caffeine, chocolate, ect., but I still don't really have much of an appetite. The urologist checked for enlargement of the prostate and found no abnormal swelling. A cystocopy revealed nothing alarming, but the urologist is going to perform another one on June 11th. The CT scan revealed enlargement of the seminal vesicles, but he is pretty sure that isn't the problem. My urodynamic study revealed good pressure in the bladder, but next to nothing upon urination from the penis. He said the bladder appears normal in function, but he is concerned about the lack of pressure and output from the end of the bladder to tip of the penis. He doesn't believe it is prostatitis because no white cells were in my prostate fluid, he doesn't believe it is an enlarged prostate because he hasn’t felt or had results to show that, he said it isn't the bladder because nothing was showing any abnormalities in the bladder. My wife's concern is it may be some neurological issue because the urologist said that he thinks it is at this point neurological in nature. What neurological problems am I looking at here. I am now very concerned about this. I am a firefighter/paramedic and have been placed on desk duty until we have an answer as to what the problem is. Thanks for any information.
