is it safe to fly with a pontine capillary telangeicstaces?

Hi, my name is Carolyn and I am 47,
I have a Capillary telangeictaces in the pons of my brain and want to fly to Florida this month to meet my new granddaughter.
Would it be safe?(because of the cabin pressure)
I also wanted to comment that I also have had severe vertigo/imbalance in the past, ringing in the ears, numbness on the left side of my face and upper lt. lip and I have noticed a few other people posting the same complaints.Could this be from bleeding?( I also have degenerative neck discs. When my symptoms first occured, I was given a spinal tap, where elevated protein levels were found.Could this be from the telangeictaces, or could it be from the neurofibroma that was also incidentally found during the MRI with contrast (on my L3 and L4)?
I was told by the resident, that I have a 10% chance of dying from this, which has led to alot of anxiety.
I was told to avoid aspirin(because of bleeding risk) and I think he might have told me to avoid vitamin E-does this also apply? Right now, I am mainly concerned with the flying...
