itching

for about 3 years now i have been having all over tingley itching along with aching muscles and weakness, i also feel like i got a watery vaginal discharge with no odour, i have been to sexual health clinics three times in last three years and all tests are negative, i have been to my doctors several times and never get any answers and all tests come back negative. my boyfriend also gets this all over body itching. it is very frustrating and when we have bad episodes we dont get any sleep, and i would like to add that often my skin feels very sensitive to touch and often suffer numbness and pins and needles. i would be very grateful for an answer so that i can get rid of this as its very uncomfortable.
