ivig infusions set back Help

in the year 2000 I was diagnosed with aids-related severe peripheral  neuropathy I was diagnosed with HIV in 1989, I was on 65 milligrams of morphine er 3 times a day and fentanyl patches back in 2000 because there was no treatment for peripheral neuropathy, last year I met a doctor who was able to treat my peripheral neuropathy with something called IVIG infusion twice a week, I forgot he wanted me to slowly titrate over the next two years because of all the 13 years of nerve damage, but I found within the first eight months I was able to get myself down to 1 15 milligram er pill, now that's my neurologist my primary care physician was filling my morphine prescriptions just as a courtesy so I didn't have to deal with pain management, I didn't realize by titrating so fast I was harming myself because I titrated so fast I stopped my medication when I was down to one pill because I had no pain, How happy I was but within  5 days minor office he started to come back in full force and I needed to go back up from 15 to 30 milligrams and now its not holding, I saw my neurologist who said I should have never went fast and that my primary should have just my medication up again I see her tomorrow but I'm afraid that she's not going to, because my setback was in late March I couldn't see my neurologist till June and I couldn't see my primary until July, because I'm a medical patient my doctors are on me in the office once a week, I'm suffering at this low dose but my pharmacist thinks that I should be fine, Do you think my primary will understand my situation and adjust my medication as my neurologist said she should and would? I'm frightened because I've been in bed for 23 hours a day since the end of March, and just before I stop my medication I was at 100% controlled
