joint pain accompanied by headache

I woke up yesterday chilling, couldn't bare the coldness. it was like a hypothermia type of feeling. all my joints were aching, couldn't help but to stretch my body over and over again. my head was hurt too, it hurts when 'Im moving my eyes, and when I'm moving my head, my back neck was hurt including my back, didn't have fever when i was touched but my temp was 101, my breathing is warm to feel, my BP was 126/80, Pulse rate 120bpm, and a respiration of 22.
it was lasted until night time, I was been awakened in the middle of the night due to my throbbing stabbing headache. Now I don't feel chilling anymore, but still a bit cold, still have a fever when checked by thermometer but not when touch. and my headache is still killing me. I don't have a flu or something like sore throat what so ever. I just don't know whats wrong with me, please help me.

What was the Amoxicillin for?  Was it prescribed for something else?  I WOULDN'T recommend taking this unless you were prescribed this for what is GOING ON NOW.  Plus, sounds like this is viral, therefore, antibiotics would not work.

Keep taking the Tylenol AS DIRECTED.  How many doses of Tyenol have you taken already?  You can go up to 4000mg/24 hours.  You can also try Motrin/Ibuprofen.

Please consult a physician if this has lasted for more than 3 days/72 hours.

im took tylenol for fever and joint pain, so far today i didnt experience any fever, coldness and joing pain except my headache, it never worn out even with the use of pain relievers. it hurts when i turn my head, when i sneeze, laugh. it feels like something is shrinking or constricting inside. i have amoxicillin 500mg here which good for 7 day course. would that be helpful?

Sounds like a virus.  You can try Tylenol or Motrin for the temp and aches. If this persists after 72 hours I would recommend consulting your physician.
