just pressure behind me eyes??

hi there. well ive been having a long lasting headache for about 4 months already... about 4 weeks it kinda went away but i been having blurr vision with eye pressure so went to the eye doctor. he told me i was find but a bit of a lazy eye... what type of headache can it be??? i had a friend with depression and had a nonstop headache that lasted for 3 years before he got better.. but i dont have depression.. ive been to the e.r and gave me a ct scan but told me i was fine.. need help...
