hello sir , my age is 58 yrs. and i am patient of diabetes and blood pressure.and right now i have done MRI so my diagnosis is
MR scan reveals , multiple lacunar infarcts in both cerebral hemisperes and left thalamus. the lacunar infarcts in right insular cortex and left thalamus reveal restricted diffusion suggestive of their acute nature.
and my MR Angiography is
-Tortuosity of both internal carotid arteries.
-Flattening of right carotid bulb.
-Mild focal narrowing of terminal portion of left common carotid artery.
MR scan reveals
- Multiple lacunar infarcte in both cerebral hemispheres, as described.
- Mild cerebral and cerebellar atrophy.
so my question is how much time take for this improvement. This all report are done on 21 may 2011.
