left ankle and arm pain

i  am  a  45  years old  woman,For  the  last  one  moth  i  had  pricking  pain  in  ankle  and  the   whole  arm  pain.extending  to  shoulder.Feel  numb  feeling  of  palm  during  early  morning.Feeling weakness of  left hand..pls  give  the  possible reason  and  remedy  for  my  trouble.

Hello Dear,
You should consult a neurologist as the numbness seems to have a neurological cause.You should get a MRI of the spine done to know if any degenerative changes,spondylosis or pathology exists.You can take vitamin B supplements to prevent demyleination of nerves.You can also consult a physiotherapist for pain management.
