You should consult a neurologist as the numbnessNumbness and tingling seems to have a neurological cause.You should get a MRI of the spine done to know if any degenerative changes,spondylosis or pathology exists.You can take vitamin B supplements to prevent demyleination of nerves.You can also consult a physiotherapist for pain management.
