left side weakness

I am a 31 year old healthy female. I suddenly developed weird sensations in my left side, starting from my head down to my feet, along with general, slight weakness in my left arm. I get bouts of numbness, tingling sensations all in my left side. What is bothering me is the weakness of my left arm and occasional lack of coordination. Its been a week since I started with the symptoms and im not any better. I noticed a tiny insect bite on my right thigh that looked unique. I don't know if that is related.

Should I be worried? Do I need to see a nuerologist? What can this be?
