leg hip and rib pain

I have had sergery (surgery) on sep 2008 on L5s1 L3/4I Istill have a lot of pain In the back of my knees and heals and sides of feet and left big toe. and now pain in ribs I hate to drive or sit or stand very long .The doc gave me flector patch and ibprophien 800 mg I wont take other drugs! after sergery (surgery) started getting pain in ribs from old accedent at work also arm pain hands go numb in morning or when I put hands on chest if I throwup ams hurt soooo bad wont do die i am on antideprsents my spelling suchs also had sergery (surgery) onc3/4 and have bad disc c5/6 is it coming from all diferent spots cant explain well for doc alot of other bad discs other doc toled me back in 2003hip pain to all makes it very hared to sleep only 3hrs a night!
