Hi,
I can understand that you are experiencing a lot of discomfort. I would suggest you consult a neurologist to check whether there is still a nerve problem or whether there was an injury to the spinal  nerves during the surgery. Please go for physiotherapy and follow neurologist’s advice regarding treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
