legs

i am 41 years old very active 6 ' 4" 230lb male i workout about 5 days a week,,in the last 3 weeks i have had some tingling in my feet mostly in my left,,, i may have hurt my back doing yoga but i have no pain ,,the only back problem i have is about once about every six months i will get a catch in my back that will hurt down my left leg,, my low back seems kinda stiff and achy but i have no other problems,,also while standing i have little or no problems,,,i work about 50 hours a week in a chair at my job,,when i sit in my chair is when the tingling is the worst,,,any advice????

hello :) im a 14 year old girl I don't have many symptoms of diabietes .. I just get tired and my legs are tingly feeling for the past 2 days and I don't know what to do ive told my parents but they think its nothing or im crazy but im afraid it might be diabietes.. I really  don't wanna go blind or get liver failure or die pls somebody help me and give me some suggestions Trudy here :(

Hi.

Tingling sensations could be caused by many conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, or vitamin and mineral deficiencies. However, the fact that it is worse when sitting might point to a nerve impingement/compression as a likely cause of the symptoms.

You should have your symptoms evaluated by a physician.

Hi,
You seem to be suffering from sciatica. This condition arises due to some compression of sciatic nerve at any point along the entire length.
To have a working diagnosis, it requires complete examination.
Hence do seek your physician's opinion.
