Hello.

White matter lesions in brain and the spinal cord are not seen exclusively in MS. There are a number of vascular disorders, leukodystrophies and trauma as causes of the white matter lesions.

Can you mention if you have symptoms suggestive of demyelination? Have you been screened for MS?

Hi I have been having the numbness and tingling on my feet mostly and a little with my left hand finger tips. I guess the mri showed a couple of active lesions. also the dr's have not ruled out anything else?? I think i may seek a 2nd opinion. should I be really worried
