lightheaded and pain

by sunjaan, Jun 17, 2009 12:31PM
I have been having unexplained pain and other symptoms for the past year.  About a year ago, I started developing chest pains on left side - very mild, but went to ER.  Tests were all negative - after continuing pain, I had a echo and stress test done.  All negative.  My GP referred me to Neurologist, who ordered a head, cpine and tspine MRI.  The C-spine MRI showed slight wear and tear at c5 c6 - which he said was most likely the cause of some chest pain and tingling in left hand and fingers.  This sounded logical, however, I started to have more and more chest pains then finally went to Cardiologist, who ordered  echo, stress test and a nuclear stress test.  These were all normal.  Now, here I am again with some mild chest pain again, but now I am having periods of lightheadedness as well as some speech problems (sometime tough time getting words out - but I am able to say full sentences).  Is this all because of the c5 c6 issue?   Just to let you know, I am active with sports and do not get any pain after working out.

I would appreciate any feedback at all.
