I am curious to find out if you found a doctor.  I am in San Antonio also.  I have an HMO and have to go through their 61 neuro surgeons before I can leave the S.A. area.    I know you posted your question months ago,  hopefully you check in every once in a while .  oh, check craigslist San Antonio under people.  Someone is trying to start a support group:)

I do not know of a doctor in San Antonio, but I have spoken with Dr. George's office in Austin, Texas who deals with Chiari. Search online for Dr. George, Austin Texas
