loose, or Brain Shaking

My wife (44) has also been expressing the same "loose" or "shaky" brain feeling. She is suffering with Vertigo, and diagnosed as having a 33% vestibular deficit, an has been pretty much bed ridden for the last 3 months. She is current;y doing computer based rehab, that effectively retrains your brain and eye co-ordination through a series of computer based testing exercises. These exercises deal with the mechanics of geting things synced up and eliminating the vertigo.

I'm wondering if anyone else out there has had the same experience (noticed a mom posted about her 14year old describing similar symptoms), and could offer up some suggestions that may have helped?
