Hi,
Check with your diabetologist.Diabetes can cause peripheral neuritis and it can lead to such symptoms.Diabetes can cause an gamut of symptoms.Keep your sugar under control.

Are you currently on antidiabetic medications? Is your diabetes controlled? It is possible that your symptoms are a complication of un- or improperly controlled diabetes.  The chances of recovery from your condition would ultimately depend on the severity of nerve involvement.  Consult your endocrinologist to have your symptoms and diabetes managed.
