I don't have any of the other causes you list.  I do have ANA Positive
ANA Pattern Speckled
Antinuclear antibodies 1:80 H
C-reactive protein 5.95 H
absolute lymphocytes 759 low
Losing my muscle strength.  Can hardly walk any more.  Can't breathe right.  Break out in a sweat,  can't swallow, upset stomach.  Getting weaker by the week.  I'm going to a
Rheumatologist and a Neurologiest and they keep looking for the answer but so far nothing.  I had 4 MRI's done this last week of the brain and spine.  Any help would be appreciated
Sincerely,
Robbie

Hi,

It is very difficult to tell if it is cancer by just looking at one report. It has to be clinically correlated with the symptoms.
What symptoms do you have?
Cancer is one of the causes of low blood count. Other causes include common cold, steroid therapy, malnutrition, radiation, HIV and rheumatoid arthritis.
Please discuss all these possibilities with your doctor. Keep us posted!
