Hi,
Warm sensations in the leg and foot can be due to nerve irritation or inflammation of foot joints or tendons. Please consult your doctor and check for any circulation problems, pinched nerve or any other abnormalities. Please go for MRI of the leg and consult a neurologist for specialist opinion. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
