here is my MRI report
'' marrow signal remains intact.Mildloss of lumbar lordosis is noted.
mild disc dehydration is noted at L5-S1 with slightly reduced disc hieght and mild broad based disc bulge. this is associated with left paracentral supraligamentous disc herniation is noted. Mild broad based disc bulge is noted at L4-5. Pillaat joints are seen normal. ligamentam flavum remain intact.
  vetebaral bosy hieghts and end plates are seen normal. Conus medulares remains intact. Para spinal soft tissues are normal.
  conclusion
mild spinal stenisis is noted at l5-S1 due to combination of variable facters resulting in significant compression on central thecal sacv and bilateral existing nerve roots, more towards left. Mild impingment of bilaterally existing nerve roots is seen at L4-5."
this is my MRI reprt two months ago
my problem is that , one day  while picking a heaviy bucket  a pain was created in my lower back left side  then it traveeled down in  hip. at first this was light .but i  did not care  afterwards this become acute  then i  sonsult  docter  and  he  advised  me  operation.
but  i did not  operate  and  take  non operative measures, bed rest medication etc
now pls  me axact  what  problem  i have    1.lumber spine herniation  or   spine stenosis
and can be cure  by none operative  measures  and what they are. and what preemtive measures  for   future
