lump in head

I have this painful hard lump in the center of my head almost the size of a 50cent piece, where the lump is in the middle back of my head to the point it feels like a knot my hair is very thin and feels like a different texture. I recently just notice a new 1 on the side and this is very small but also hard. It's to the point that it hurts when combing my hair. What is it? And what should I do? The pain is undescribable, nothing like a headache.
