lumps on my head

About four months back I hit my head and got a slight concussion. About two months ago I started noticing a small lump where I hit my head. The lump grew a bit bigger and a few more appeared as well. I've been getting migraines a lot and I never got them much before. The lumps don't cause pain but when I touch them I can definitly feel a lot of pressure and they are pretty hard. Any suggestions?

Thankyou Dr. Sharma, I'm going to make an appointment with my neurologist and probably a dermatologist also just to be safe.

Hi there. The lumps could be unrelated to the concussion and be lipomas ,sebaceous cysts or folliculitis in the scalp.  Since these are hard, these could be malignant also. A surgeon would need to examine these to conclude the cause and treat accordingly. Your neurologist needs to check you for the migraines as these again are unrelated to the injury. These are unilateral headaches associated with an aura like nausea, photophobia, and episodic.  You would need to avoid the triggers that cause these headaches and take certain medicines which can prevent the attacks and can treat them.  An MRI head needs to be done for revaluation of the concussion.Hope this helps.
