Hello Doctor,
Can you please help me understand this dignose from the emergency room.
4.5mm contiguous axial images.
there are several small lytic lesions within the calvarium. There is significant abd mucosal thicking in the left maxillary sinus. There is mild cerebral atrophy. Periventricular low density changes are present consist with small vessel ischemic disease. There are no masses, mass-effect or edema. there is no acute blood. IMPRESSION: several small lytic lesions within the calvarium. correlateclinically.Cerebral atrophy. small vessel ischemic disease. No intracerebral bleed.

I been having a hard time to understand and no one explain what this means in the emergency room. Please contact me as soon as possible Im so depress over this.
