magnesium deficiency

Actually the girl you are all attacking is correct. Magnesium deficiency is not uncommon and it causes muscle pai, twitching...you dont need to take vit d or calcium unless you are already deficient in the vit/min....magnesium, vit d and calcium work together. so in saying so, magnesium, which isnt tested normally, could be the answer to your problems. esp if you find you are deficient on vit d, which many people are and dont know it...vit d isnt going to work well without the magnesium..i know...i am going through this very thing right now
