mecicine for arrested hydrocepllus

i am the father of a girl of three years old , she was born premature (seven months) she was very weak and her weight was 1.75 kg's at the time of delivery and she was not able to respire easily and she was put on ventilator for elevan day and after that she was under the oxygen mask for another twenty days ,she is wright now three years old and still she is not talking and not walking .
   i took a mri of her brain after the complition of the first year and it showed the arrested hydrocepllus ,and again i repeat the mri after the complition of her second year ,it shows little bit improvent of the brain material in her brain .she is improving but very slowly ,she is now walking with the sopport of the walker and she is now trying to talk also .but i am very worried for her future weather she will be absolutelly normal or godforbid she may be abnormal . is there any fast and quick treatment for my daughter i am ready to do any thing for that treatment .
