medication issues

I take phenytoin NA 100mg capsules q-8 and gabapenton 300mg capsules q-8
in Canada I am having a next to impossible time trying to locate a pharmacy that has my phenytoin NA (not the extended caps mind you). I am currently on liquid Dilantin and am inconvienced by this. Where in Canada can I find my medication in its proper form in powder form in the capsules? The Department of Veterines Affairs in the USA got it from Canada for their formulary, but I can't get it in BC.
