medication question

I work with someone taking medication for bipolar. If he does not wash his hands after going to the bathroom can that medication be transfered if he touches something. through his urine

No.  Urine is filtered before it leaves the body.  Some people who get in a survival situation where they do not have water will drink their urine to stay alive, for a few days until it gets dark and murky.  And if you think this through completely, think of all the people on meds in our world who go to restaurants and stores, public places, and nobody comes up feeling drugged or anything.
