memory loss

I am a healthy 23 yr old female and a year ago at work I fainted. I fell down a spiral staircase, after I hit the ground everything goes black and  I have never been able to remember how long I laid there or how I managed to walk all the way back to the front desk. I was rushed to the e.r. and after 2 hrs the doctors still could not figure out what had happened. They ran blood test gave me drug test I had an MRI an EKG and saw 3 neurologist. Even when the emt's checked my blood pressure it was perfect. I was released under having a syncope episode due to the fact they couldn't figure it out. After that night my memory has suffered, simple things I would have remembered I can no longer recall. My question is will I ever know what happened that night and will ever regain my memory?

This discussion is related to Temporary Memory loss and a snycope episode.
