meningioma removal then constant pain.. please help

My husband had a meningioma tumor removed almost 3 years ago. It was located on his right side and was pushing on the brain stem. They told us, basically, that it was surgery or else!!
Since the tumor was removed however he has suffered with major headaches, most of which seem to be steming from the neck and base of the skull. The muscles in this regien are very tight and cause pain even to rub them. The pain shoots up through his head and into his eye, all on the right side. He has not had a day without a headache in as long as I can remember, but is more frequently bedridden due to them now.
We know that the tumor has a liklyhood of returning and are wondering if the recent increase, the last three-six month, in the amount of pain associated with the headaches could have something to do with the growth of the tumor.
We have been getting alot of run around trying to get back in to see someone about this issue being as we have moved since the surgery.
Please advise me as to anything that I might be able to try to aleviate some of the discomfort he is having and possablly other options for us to look into for this problem.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

I was diagnosed with fibromialgia (fibromyalgia) after I had a tennis ball size meningioma removed from my left frontal lobe.  It took a good 2 full years to figure out  what was from the tumor removal, like epilepsy, and what was fibro, constant tiredness, extreme pain, weather issues and I had now had a brain trauma that may have triggered it, or it may have just exacerbated it.  6n months ago I was diagnosed with fibro, and constant headaches and severe neck and shoulder pain are two of my top symptoms. just thought you might want to look at the fibromyalgia  check list :)  and no I can never remember how to spell fibromialgia (fibromyalgia),,,and why does it always say meningioma is mis-spelled? lol
