said I had viral meningitis and there was no treatment. She advised me to get lots of rest and check
back in 3 days. I did and she said it looked like i had the beginnings of some soret of viral infection
but she had no idea what. She advised me again to bed rest. After a couple days I felt better, just
very drained. A couple days ago it came back strong. The headache is more severse, my

stiffer. I'm very nausous, and have some sort of purplish rash on my arms. Dr took blood than called
in an antibiotic called

Zithromax z-pak. She did not want me to come to the office, nor did I ever speak to
her directly only to the nurse. When I asked the nurse if the viral meningitis had come back she got
mad and said she didnt know, but if I was truely sick the dr would want to see me. I have just
moved to a new town, and this is my

again, is it important I see another dr? or is this one doing what she should for this situation. I am
kinda scared because Ive never felt this horrible before. I cant eat much I dont sleep. I havent had a

Fever

Fever blisters and canker sores
Herpes labialis (oral herpes simplex)
Histoplasmosis
Malaria
Rheumatic fever
Scarlet fever. I hope maybe someone can tell me what my next step should be or if Im making a lot out of

it is a few days since you posted. I hope that you have already sought treatment for the symptoms you described. Worsening headache,

Neck x-ray
Oral cancer stiffness and nausea even in the absence of significant fever all could be related to viral meningitis but you should be evaluated to make sure there is no other, treatable cause for the return of symptoms. In addition, the appearance of a purplish rash in this setting certainly needs to be evaluated quickly by a physician for diagnosis. It is not clear from your posting what the zithromax was prescribed for.
If your symptoms are present now and you have not been seen, you should see a physician.
