migraines, headaches, psuedoseizures, psychogenic, sleep apnea or just plain crazy?

Ok, so for the last 2 1/2 months I have had constant headahces. I have always suffered with chronic headaches and have had migraines ever since I was 13. (I am now 25) I've also noticed other symptoms that at first I thought was really bad anxiety, but it was different from any other panic attack or anxiety I have had before. I have been diagnosed with bipolar/depression/anxiety and have been one medicine for the last 8 years. However, back in march I made the decision to taper off all my medicine. I was on 1000mg of seroquel 120mg of cymbalta 200mg provigil (at one time) .5mg of xanax every six hours (2mg a day) and 3mg of Lunesta for sleep.  A lot of people would think that I was way over medicated but I had tried every medication under the sun for depression, insomnia, anxiety, bipolar disorder and would constantly go on and off of it with mood swings and finally my doctor, who I trust, upped the dosages until I was able to function. With some therapy and lifestyle changes plus medication I was able to make huge amounts of progress. The medications I was taking were really expensive and when I got married I stopped taking the provigil. I soon want to have children and made the decision to become medicine free. I understand there are very few doctors out there that would recommend that but I am willing to work as hard as I have to to achieve that goal. The only medicine I am taking right now is the xanax and I am down to .5mg in the afternoon and .5mg at night. I am working on tapering myself off of that as well.
Back to the headaches-- I've had headaches everyday and I have also had full blown migraines almsot weekly. The normal migraine medicines, maxalt, relpax and frova barely help anymore. I finally went to an intsacare and they gave me fioricet, which some what helps for the daily/nightly headaches. I would also get really dizzy and disoriented. I was cooking dinner one night and out of nowhere became extremely dizzy, confused, disoriented and my heart started to race and I was terrified. I felt like I was going to die. I've noticed other symptoms like getting really hot and sweaty all of a sudden, pain in random parts of my body or tingly sensations down my back and through my arms (I thought that it was just anxiety), I am also not able to sleep through the night and will wake up with really horrible headaches and not be able to go back to bed. One of the most stressful symptom is that I have bad chest pain and other senstations I can't explain. My stomach will hurt and I really just figured that all of this was my anxiety. But it comes out of nowhere and the intensity comes and goes through out the day/night.  I went to the neurologist and got a MRI, EEG and blood work done and everything came back normal. I was so frustrated, I'm glad I don't have a tumor etc. but I feel so dumb, I feel like the doctor doesn't believe me. He keeps mentioning I should go to a psychiatrist. (like I haven't already seen enough of them already!)

Could that really be the cause of all of this? Could going off all of my medication cause any of this? Could I be having seizures and have it not show up on the tests? Should I get an oximetry test to see if I have sleep apnea and possibly get my heart/respiratory checked out? I don't know if that is even worth it. I am worried I will spend all this money on tests and find nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions or maybe gone through the same kind of thing. I was reading about psychogenic disorders and pseudoseizures and wonder if that is possible. Does anyone have alternatives for taking medicine in the case of mental illnesses that have really worked? I am trying to be as healthy as possible, exercise/nutrion. Any herbal supplements? Thanks for your help I'm at my wits end!

I would get tested for sleep apnea if i were you. I got it out of nowhere and right around that time, my anxiety got worse. I would also try to get a blood test to see if you are sensitive to gluten because if you are, and you're eating it, it could be damaging your small intestine/villi which absorb nutrients and you could easily be malnourished, which could be the cause of most of your symptoms.
