Hi,

It is important to correlate these findings with your clinical symptoms. However from the findings it does seem that you may need to undergo physical therapy, take rest, and oral anti-inflammatory pain medications.
Hopefully the conservative management should be able to provide relief.

Hi,

It is difficult to give the exact prognosis without getting a chance of clinical and knowing the complete medical history including age of the patient and general condition of the patient. However if you are young in age, with good general health the chances of recovery are good but will depend upon the rehab therapy and expertise of your doctor.
