miningioma and migranes(migraines)

miningioma and migranes(migraines)

My mother-in-law has had migrane (migraine) headaches for years and was just diagnosed with a minigioma.  My husband, her son, also has very severe migranes (migraines) usually an 8 to a 10 on the pain scale.  From what I have read minigioma is not very common in men, especially under the age of 40, he is 32, but could this be part of the problem?  He also gets several sinus infections a year and complains alot of his legs hurting and being tired.  His maternal grandfather also had a brain tumor that was removed several years ago, I am not sure what type it was.  Could these tumors also be genetic?  Thank you for information you can give me.
