There is very lttle literature available regarding the connection if any between air travel and migraine, the reference below  is the only one I have been able to locate in a 20 year literature search.
The fact that there is no literature on the subjest does not of course mean that there is no
connection, it is very possible that the stress, and envoirnmantal factors associated with flying would precipitate migraine in a susceptible person.
Since many patients have their own situations which precipitate migraine headache , something which involves stress, change in physical activity, athmospheric pressure,
diet, time zones is a vewry likely precipitant for an attack.
